  I order here for work meetings a lot and always get the leftovers so a few Fridays ago, I decided to try my hand at their Herb Roasted Turkey sandwich with Herb mayo and a side salad (with their Balsamic dressing that is to die for).
  I called my order in since their midtown location is about 10 mins away. Great customer service over the phone and when I arrived and parked (there's a parking garage right next door to this location), my food was up and ready. All I had to do was pay and go. Everything was seamless.
  
  I was already a fan of their sandwiches and salads so getting an individual meal wasn't really different. Everything tasted fresh and great. Definitely worth the money, for sure.

  I've never been to a restaurant that closes their kitchen 1 hour before the restaurant closes in the middle of the day. That's pure laziness on the staff's part.
  
  So unfortunate, I just moved into midtown and was walking with my partner to try it for the first time.... obviously not an experience I'm happy with.

  Service was prompt and extremely friendly and attentive. Although I went for lunch, it wasn't busy. There were only 2 people ahead of me. If you download the Ritual app, you can receive a $10 credit when you order ahead. I started to download it, then got distracted with eating and texting friends. I'll definitely do this before going back next time. My cashier was new, so she had to ask someone else for the answers to my questions: What's the soup of the day? What's Ritual, and does it cost to download/use it? She also didn't give me a receipt, but I let it slide and didn't ask.
  
  The interior is small, with one bathroom located downstairs. If you're waiting to place an order or to pick up a to go order, there are chairs for sitting. Once you get your food, you can sit upstairs or outside. Personally, I recommend sitting upstairs for the view minus the bugs. Plus, the servers still carry your food for you and make sure you're settled. I appreciated then checking on me because I needed extra napkins. Overall, excellent service.
  
  I ordered the half and half, the Hill sandwich and the spinach salad. The sandwich was good but fell apart as I was eating it. It wasn't a big deal. It just got messy. The salad was delish. I love it when salads have fresh ingredients, and this one did. I had a small mini cupcake, which was good. Next time I go, I'll be sure to get some coffee and a big girl cupcake.

  FRAUD this is not a highland bakery location, they refused to accept my valid highland bakery gift card and told me they did not plan to ever accept them. BEWARE that highland bakery will cancel your business after buying a gift card with them leaving you to hold the bag

  Great place for breakfast!  We had 13 people and we  were served in a timely manner.  Great food!! Servers were friendly and helpful.  French toast was awesome!!
